Intoduction

 

In this module, it emphasises more on the builability, the details in construction drawings and to produce a sustainable design relates to the contextual elements.

 

There are 2 main projects in this module, Project 1 is to design a gateway for Taylor's University by exploring the environmental poectics such as wind, sun, heat, views and other related contextual elements.

 

Project 2 is to design a Nature Appreciation Centre which will be located at the Belum Rainforest, also with consideration of of the site contexts and should be sustainable in terms of material used, construction techniques and form design.
