Description

We were required to build a 3D model of York Minster and also need to show the significant parts of the building that can show its unique gathic style. We've chose to do the North transept of York Minster as it consists of gothic style's distinctive pointed archs and towers, rose window, buttress and also the interior part of North Transept which shows the ribbed vault.

Reflective

Me and my groupmates had put a lot of effort and time in completing this model because of the details and complications of gothic architectures. I was responsible on the side walls the buttress, the buttrress towers and the west to east transept's walls. The process of cutting the windows were hard as it's really small in dimensions, but we still manage to produce a model that we were satisfied with. Through this project I've learned the patience and precise of an architect should be in constructing an architecture.

This project was conducted for us to build a 3D model of the architecture which same as Project 1 and Project 2 and also to show the significant parts of the building of its respective construction style.
